Ag Extension Resources — In this section of the website you will find links to agricultural extension resources for a wide range of agricultural areas. These resources are provided by the U.S. agricultural extension services, universities, and other sources.

To get started, I recommend that you click on the link to your left titled Ag Documents.  Our documents are catalogued by topic, major topic, language, and region.  By clicking on the heading of certain columns (source, topic, major topic, language, region) you can "filter" the documents.  For example, you can choose to select only documents in the English language.  It is possible to use more than one filter at the same time.  For example, you could apply a language filter and a topic filter to view English documents dealing with wheat.

There are several ways to view a document.  The recommended way is to click on the little icon on the left side of the screen.  You can also click on the title.  Either of these options will load the file from the Agriportal server.  Alternatively, you can try clicking the "hyperlink", which will take you to the site where the document originated.  If you find a hyperlink that doesn't work, please email us at ask@agriportal.net.

A final note:  If you are using Internet Explorer, you will be asked for a password when you try to open a Microsoft product document (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  You can click "Cancel" several times, and you will be allowed to open the file.  Alternatively, you can use the Firefox browser to avoid this problem.  We apologize for the inconvenience.
