What can you tell me about spraying date palms this late in the year for flies, chiggers and termites. Is it too late??

It is too late for spraying and the insect activity will reduced by cold weather. They need to be prepared for early spraying in the next season. Are they going to use the aerial spraying? This is the most efficient method for date palm trees, otherwise the pest control will not be successful.
I have been told that it is also too late to be spraying, and that soon the change in weather will take care of most of the insect activity. It is suggested that you get ready for an early Spring aerial spraying to have the greatest impact.
