Request for Soil and water testing

All I know is that Texas A&M or Utah State University is suppose be assigned in my area to assist with technical questions.
I am in need of either getting some soil and water samples if you have general information on file OR where I can begin to mail soil and water samples to. I need this for the Sakron Irrigation Project and the Bawarah Irrigation District.

Regarding the soil test issue, I would suggest contacting the dean of Ag. College/Baghdad or the head of Soil Department Dr. Yousif Abu-Dahi or any person from the department. They can also contact Dr. Salih Badr the DG of the State Board for Ag. Research / MOA - Abu-Ghraib drsmbader@yahoo.com. and I have already told you about the portable EC and pH meter.

How many soil samples do you need tested? I have managed to contact a lab in Iraq for you, but they want to know how many samples you have.

SAR (Sodium Adsorption Ration) For now he only needs two tests done. I will try to put you in contact with him. Do you know where we can get some water testing done in Iraq as well?
You can get water testing in the Lab. Of Soil Dept. - Coll. Of Agric. - Univ. of Baghdad .
