Question:

I need some help on the solar panels and making 50 horsepower engines run with a irrigation pump attached.

Response:

I am being told that this may not be so practical due to the size of the solar surface you would need.  That said I did some searching on the internet and found a company out of California that seems to have just the set up you are looking for.

By the way, from what I am being told (and I am sure that you see after looking at those links) is that to run that 50 hp pump would be hard to do (or at least very costly) via solar power.
